Description: This medium sized pyramidal shaped hybrid elm tree is a relatively new variety of elm that is a hybrid cross between European Elm (minor) and Chinese Elm (parvifolia). It is a tree that is designed to be a solid choice for an urban tree. Not too big, not too small , just the right size and that is hardy in both disease resistance and drought tolerance. One more thing, FALL COLOR! This tree achieves a beautiful deep shade of red.
Growing Considerations: This tree is hybridized to be urban hardy. It is a good fit for most any yard.. It is drought tolerant, disease resistant, and it is not susceptible to many pests.
