Description: At just one third the size of a standard Southern Magnolia, the Kay Parris allows homeowners with small lots to experience the joy of Magnolia blooms every Spring. The fragrant, creamy-white flowers appear in abundance, even when the trees are young, growing as large as 8 inches and appearing on and off through the Fall. The leathery, evergreen leaves are pretty enough to be used in cut floral arrangement and holiday wreaths.
